Bonus Policy

General terms

1.1 By depositing funds to your account’s balance using any given bonus or promotion, the User confirms that he has read, understands and agrees to it’s terms and conditions and Bonus terms.

1.2 Bonuses are offered to Users only at the discretion of the casino.

1.3 Casino reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of any given bonus or to cancel them without notice. Users, who want to receive or those who have already received the bonus, are obliged to keep track of changes of changes in the Terms at ReelEmperor casino self consistently.

1.4 Bonus is only valid during the time period that is indicated in the promotional or informational message about a bonus, or on a promotional page.

1.5 Users may choose whether to use the bonus or not, self consistently.

1.6 Only one bonus may be active at the same time.

1.7 Bonus is automatically credited to the bonus balance at the moment of its activation by User.

1.8 Users may cancel a bonus. In this case, the amount of a bonus and the winnings made from the bonus money, will be forfeited.

1.9 If any disputes arise between the User and the casino, concerning treatment of Bonus Terms, the final decision is made by the administration of the casino and may not be contested.

1.10 While playing with an active bonus it is forbidden to keep the bonus rounds for later. In this case the winnings may be cancelled.

1.11 The User’s game balance consists of Real balance and Bonus balance.

1.12 Once the User activates the bonus that contains Free Spins, the User has to use all the credited Free Spins first. Right after that happens, the User may place bets using their Bonus balance.

1.13 All bonuses, including winnings received from Free Spins are credited to the Bonus balance, unless otherwise stated in the Bonus terms.

1.14 Once the User decides to refuse the Free Spins, this may automatically cancel the bonus, and the Bonus balance may be forfeited.

1.15 Users may request withdrawal of their funds with an active bonus, prior to meeting wagering requirements of this bonus. In this case bonus balance will be forfeited. It is important that while the bonus is active, the bets will bie debited primarily from the Real balance.

1.16 Generally the bonus terms will be authored in EUR, but the bonuses will work for any available currency.

1.17 Once the Bonus balance reaches 0.10 EUR or less, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.

1.18 The minimum deposit amount required to receive the bonus is 20 EUR, unless otherwise stated in the Bonus terms or in the description of the given bonus.

1.19 Maximum bet amount with an active bonus is 5 EUR, unless otherwise stated in the Bonus terms or in the description of the given bonus.

1.20 The bonuses are valid 30 days after their activation. If the wagering requirement for the bonus has not been completed during this period, the casino reserves the right to cancel the Bonus balance and the winnings received with this bonus.

1.21 ReelEmperor casino reserves the right to cancel any prizes received by the User, if they haven’t been used during 12 hours since their issuance.

1.22 Once the User receives a win made from the Bonus balance, that exceeds an equivalent amount of 2000 EUR, the Casino reserves the right to limit this User’s win with an amount of 2000 EUR.

1.23 Bonus offers are subject to the limitation rule on the amount of funds credited from the Bonus Balance to the Main Balance. By default, the limit is X15 of the deposit amount, unless otherwise indicated in the bonus description. After wagering the bonus, the maximum allowable winning amount is transferred from the Bonus balance to the Main balance, and the remaining funds are forfeited from the Bonus balance.

Wagering requirements

2.1 There are 3 statuses for each bonus:

• Active - the bonus is credited to the Bonus balance, but the wagering requirement has not yet been met. Users may not withdraw funds from the Bonus balance.
• Completed – the wagering requirements have been met. The amount of Bonus balance has been transferred to the Real balance.
• Canceled - the bonus may be cancelled or removed from the Bonus balance, if the user: hasn’t met the wagering requirements; has created a withdrawal request prior to meeting the wagering requirements; violated these terms and conditions; or cancelled the bonus in his game account.

2.2 Upon bonus activation, the deposit amount will be credited to the Real balance and the amount of an active bonus will be credited to the Bonus balance.

2.3 The funds from the Bonus balance may not be withdrawn prior to the time the user has completed the wagering requirements of the bonus. All credited bonuses are subject to meeting wagering requirements according to their terms.

2.4 Users may add additional funds to the Real balance to help wager the bonus funds.

2.5 Bonus wagering is only available in Real game mode. Bets placed in demo games do not contribute to the bonus wagering.

2.6 Users may control and at any given time check the wagering progress either in the game window, or in the “My game” section of the casino.

2.7 While the bonus is active, the bets will be debited primarily from the Real balance. Once there is not enough funds on the real balance to place a bet, it will be debited from the Bonus balance.

2.8 All winnings received with an active bonus, regardless of the balance that has been used to place the bet, will be credited to the user’s Bonus balance.

2.9 The default wagering requirement for a match bonus is x40, unless otherwise stated in the Bonus terms. x40 means that the amount of the bonus must be wagered at least 40 times before the funds may be withdrawn. Example: User makes a deposit of 50 EUR and receives a bonus of 50 EUR. In order to withdraw, the user has to place bets of 50 EUR x 40 = 2000 EUR. Once the user meets these wagering requirements, the bonus will be automatically transferred from Bonus balance to Real balance.

2.10 The default wagering requirement for Free Spins is x30, unless otherwise specified in the Bonus terms.

Terms of Bonus offers containing only free spins may not specify the size of the wager or specify it as 0, while this does not change the conditions specified in paragraph 2.14 of this agreement. In case of ignoring the conditions of paragraph 2.14, the user will be charged a commission for making deposit / withdrawal payments when withdrawing funds, and winnings received from free spins will also be canceled.

2.11 To protect itself against high-risk bonus wagering, the casino reserves the right to limit the bet amount for bets made from the Bonus balance. Bets that exceed this limit will not count towards wagering requirements. The maximum amount of bet for bonus wagering is 5 EUR, unless otherwise specified in the Bonus terms. The casino reserves the right to apply an additional wagering requirement (x25) to the winnings made with the bets that exceeded the maximum bet amount, or to completely forfeit the winnings received with violation of these Bonus terms.

The condition of the maximum wagering requirement bet amount to wager a bonus is applied to all game actions, including but not limited to making a purchase of a bonus game in Blueprint Gaming, Habanero, Nolimit City, Push Gaming, Iron Dog Studio, Pragmatic, Netgame, QuickSpin games. In the case of purchasing a bonus game for an amount exceeding the maximum wagering requirement bet amount to wager a bonus, the amount of x25 for the winnings from the purchased bonus game will be added to the wager amount.

2.12 Only bets made in slot games count towards wagering requirements. Bets in table games, live games or any other games apart from the slots, do not count towards wagering requirements of the bonuses.

Bonus abuse

3.1 Bonuses from the welcome package may only be activated once and are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, NETeller etc), IP, and shared computer, e.g. public library or workplace.

3.2 In case if it is found that a group of users is linked by the same type of payment system, geolocation or IP address, and also uses the same game strategies, then ReelEmperor has the right to confiscate the winnings received as a result of wagering the bonus and block the bonus program for such accounts or refuse the User in using the services of the Website, at its discretion.

3.3 The ReelEmperor casino reserves the right to turn off bonuses for Users who in our opinion have received a disproportionate number (amount) of bonuses compared to the number (amount) of their deposits. Apart from that, we may cancel the bonuses and the winnings made from the Bonus balance for any players that we think are acting suspiciously and are trying to abuse the bonuses.
